About the Role:

The Business Systems Administrator supports eSentire's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams as a hands-on technical owner of core business systems, with a focus on Salesforce, Dayforce and NetSuite. This role acts as an internal consultant to business stakeholders, applying problem-solving and analytical skills to recommend, configure, and support technology solutions that scale with the organization's growth. This role reports to the Lead, Business Systems.

Responsibilities:

Systems Administration & Support:

Administer, customize, implement, and integrate business applications, including releases and upgrades.
Configure, test, deploy, and own system customizations.
Provide training and ongoing system/technical support to internal users.

Business Partnership & Analysis:

Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to deliver technical and process solutions supporting organizational strategy.
Collect, combine, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and drive efficiencies.
Support teams in their effective use of business systems.

Reporting & Documentation:

Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Create process documentation and diagrams.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for data integrity, change management, and system usage.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify, evaluate, and recommend tools and capabilities to support and improve business processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of core system functionality and internal business processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT, Business, Computer Science) preferred.
3+ years of hands-on experience administering and customizing Salesforce and NetSuite.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce limitations, tools, features, and security requirements; experience across multiple Salesforce modules is a strong asset.
Experience using Salesforce Flows, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and performing day-to-day Salesforce administration
Experience implementing and integrating third-party applications and tools with Salesforce.
Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Channel Operations business processes and workflows.
Working knowledge of Power BI
Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBilling, and SuiteAnalytics.
Knowledge of banking and financial system integrations.
Experience designing, maintaining and optimizing approval workflows and reports
Experience with Dell Boomi is considered an asset.

Compensation Range:

The expected base salary range for this role is $90K to $105K CAD. This range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
