About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (temporary) to serve as the frontline voice of our company for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will manage support requests, monitor critical systems, and resolve incidents to deliver a seamless customer experience for our nationwide client base.

What you’ll do:

Customer Request Management

Respond to incoming customer requests via the ticketing system and phone.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and triage, identifying service owners and engaging partners.
Send customer mass communications.
Support Customer Portal and Account issues, including access, role-based permissions, and contact management.
Dispatch Remote Hands assistance for customers.
Monitor and respond to Abuse notifications on the network.
Contribute in improving operational processes.

Alert Monitoring and Response

Monitor critical facility environments and alarms (UPS, Generators, Cooling) across all sites.
Monitor internal maintenances.
Monitor network alerts and investigate service impacts.
Conduct facility walkthroughs and investigate on-site alerts.

Security and Access Management

Manage facility access requests
Administer access control systems for permanent badge requests and deactivations.
Respond to physical security alerts.

Incident Management and Escalations

Act as the first responder for all facility and network incidents, escalating to internal teams, incident response, or third-party partners as required.
Provide timely customer updates and detailed internal documentation during incidents.
Manage and track incidents on resold partner network services, maintaining communication with the customer and vendor until resolution.

Working Conditions

This position is based in a 24/7 data center environment. You will work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with shifts that may be longer than the standard 8 hours.

The pace can be fast - you’ll need to manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and handle occasional pressure, all while staying calm and detail-oriented.

What you'll bring

Experience

Experience in customer or technical support, ideally within a Data Center, ISP, or Managed Services environment.
Experience with enterprise support ticketing systems*
Background in networking, servers, or security *
Familiarity with ITIL and incident management best practices *

Education

CEGEP diploma in IT, Computer Science, other related tech fields, or equivalent experience.

Skills & Attributes

Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional during high-priority incidents.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across different requests.
Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding documentation and processes.
Team-oriented approach, able to work with multiple departments and maintain clear communication.

Technical Knowledge

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Agent(e) de support à la clientèle (contrat à durée déterminée) qui sera le point de contact privilégié de notre entreprise dans le cadre d'un contrat de trois mois, avec possibilité de prolongation. Vous gérerez les demandes d’assistance, surveillerez les systèmes critiques et résoudrez les incidents afin d’offrir une expérience client fluide à notre clientèle répartie dans tout le pays.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien:

Gestion des demandes clients

Répondre aux demandes des clients via le système de billetterie et par téléphone.
Traiter les billets entrant et assurer leur suivi auprès des départements et centres de données appropriés.
Effectuer le triage et dépannage réseau de base, identifier les fournisseurs de services et escalader aux partenaires concernés.
Envoyer les communications de masse destinées aux clients.
Soutenir les utilisateurs avec le portail client et la gestion des comptes (accès, permissions basées sur les rôles et gestion des contacts).
Coordonner les demandes de soutien technique à distance.
Surveiller et répondre aux notifications d'abus sur le réseau.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus opérationnels

Surveillance des alertes

Surveiller les environnements critiques et les alarmes d’infrastructure sur l'ensemble des sites.
Assurer le suivi des maintenances internes.
Surveiller les alertes réseau et déterminer les impacts potentiels sur les services.
Effectuer des rondes de vérification physiques et enquêter sur les alertes sur place.

Sécurité et gestion des accès

Gérer les demandes d'accès aux sites.
Administrer les systèmes de contrôle d'accès pour les demandes de badges permanents et les désactivations.
Répondre aux alertes de sécurité physique.

Gestion des incidents et escalations

Agir à titre de premier répondant pour tous les incidents liés aux infrastructures et au réseau ; escalader vers les équipes internes, l'équipe d'intervention d'urgence ou les partenaires tiers selon les besoins.
Fournir des mises à jour régulières aux clients et documenter les escalations internes pendant les incidents.
Gérer et assurer le suivi des incidents sur les services réseau de partenaires revendus, en maintenant la communication avec le client et le fournisseur jusqu'à la résolution.

Conditions de travail

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un environnement de centre de données 24/7. Vous travaillerez selon un horaire en rotation (incluant soirs, nuits et fins de semaine), avec des quarts plus longs que le format standard de 8 heures.

Le rythme peut être soutenu - vous devrez gérer les priorités, les délais serrés et parfois le stress, tout en gardant votre calme et votre rigueur.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Expérience

Expérience en service à la clientèle ou en soutien technique, idéalement dans un centre de données, un fournisseur de services Internet ou un environnement de services TI.
Expérience avec des systèmes de gestion de billets d'entreprise.*
Connaissances de base en réseaux, serveurs ou sécurité.*
Connaissance d'ITIL et des meilleures pratiques de gestion d'incidents

Formation

Diplôme ou attestation collégiale (CEGEP) en informatique OU expérience équivalente

Compétences

Excellente communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
Esprit axé sur le client et capacité à rester calme et professionnel lors d'incidents critiques.
