Job Title: Business System Specialist - RTFT
Location: Montreal, QC (OR) Sorel-Tracy, QC
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: C$(62.00 – 65.00)/hr on T4
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Key Outputs or Deliverables of the Role
- Provide daily operational support for RTFT solutions within.
- Compile and analyze data to produce reporting and management performance indicators.
- Advise managers and staff members on developing practical solutions to complex business problems.
- Provide guidance to vendors, when necessary, and collaborate with support and project teams to ensure successful service delivery for RTFT.
- Work closely with other support teams to ensure effective operational support.
- Contribute to internal and external communications regarding architecture, performance, capacity, and support capabilities of management processes.
- Ensure compliance with all standards and processes.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and recommend the most effective solutions in terms of cost and timelines, while identifying risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Ability to manage support teams and budgets related to minor enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience in coordination or management, with proven leadership skills and the ability to advance multiple operational and project initiatives simultaneously.
- Bilingual (French and English).
