The Opportunity
You want to work somewhere that lets you build, not just maintain. At Euna Solutions, you'll own the infrastructure backbone of a cloud-native application that helps public sector organizations manage real budgets and make real decisions. This is a role where your instincts for reliability, your appetite for automation, and your curiosity about what AI-assisted ops can actually look like in practice will all find a home.
What You'll Do
- Evolve Azure infrastructure across App Service, SQL, Storage, Virtual Networks, and Monitor to keep a multi-tenant SaaS application running reliably and securely
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring deployments are consistent, auditable, and safe
- Author and manage Infrastructure as Code using ARM Templates or comparable tooling, applying AI coding agents where they accelerate quality work
- Administer database backup and restore operations in Azure SQL, treating data integrity as non-negotiable
- Configure and manage secure file transfer (FTP/SFTP) as part of broader data exchange workflows
- Partner with development teams to troubleshoot operational issues, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and close gaps fast
- Evaluate AI-generated infrastructure changes with a critical eye before they ship, and escalate agent tooling gaps or failure patterns when you find them
- Continuously sharpen your agentic ops practice, bringing new thinking to how LLM-assisted tooling applies to pipelines, runbooks, and observability
What You Bring
- 3 or more years in a DevOps, cloud operations, or infrastructure engineering role with real ownership of production environments
- Hands-on depth with Microsoft Azure services and the judgment to configure them securely and cost-effectively
- Solid experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline management
- Comfort authoring and maintaining IaC, with the discipline to review and validate AI-generated code before it reaches production
- Clear, confident communication skills that hold up equally well in a Slack thread, a postmortem doc, or a cross-team meeting
- A self-directed work style with strong organizational habits and a high bar for correctness and reliability in everything you ship
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-400, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Familiarity with PowerShell or Python for scripting and automation tasks, and with Azure DevOps alongside GitHub Actions
- Exposure to network security concepts including NSGs, firewall rules, and private endpoints, and experience with Wiz for cloud security posture management
- Hands-on experience using Claude-powered agents or similar LLM systems to accelerate runbook creation, incident diagnostics, or ops tooling, including working with MCP servers connected to monitoring and alerting systems

Life at Euna Solutions
We’re a team of builders, problem-solvers, and public sector champions. We’ve built a workplace around a straightforward idea: people do their best work when they’re trusted, supported, and not running on empty.
Here’s what that actually looks like:
🏢 How we work
We’re hybrid - three days a week in our Oakville or Atlanta offices, with standard hours on those days. What the remaining days look like depends on your role and your manager. We talk about it early in the process so there are no surprises on either side.
🧘 Eunafier Days
Twice a year, you get an extra day tacked onto a long weekend. We think recharging is part of doing good work - not a reward for it. Use it however you need.
🙌 Community is part of who we are
Our Engagement Committee finds meaningful ways to give back through time, donations, and shared expertise. We’re invested in the places where our people actually live and work.
🤝 Philanthropy Time
We give every employee up to eight hours a year to spend on causes that matter to them. We want you to show up for your community - and we make time for it.
🎉 Real connection at scale
You won’t know all 600+ people - and that’s okay. What matters is building real relationships with the people you work with every day. Our culture team creates consistent opportunities for that, so work doesn’t feel isolating.
📈 Room to grow
Whether you’re going deep on AI, building expertise in government tech, or stepping into a bigger role, we invest in your development - through budget, mentorship, and real opportunity to move when you’re ready.
