- Mentor other members of the team and raise the bar for data storytelling, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence across the org
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent years of practical work experience
- 5+ years of experience using SQL or similar big data querying languages
- 5+ years of experience with programming language, such as Python or R

- Experience using machine learning and statistical analysis for building data-driven product solutions or performing methodological research
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - ability to distill complex findings from data and models into compelling insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics or related field
- Experience in a product-focused role in or legal medical domain
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a track record of elevating scientific standards and growing junior talent across teams
As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:
- Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.
- Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.
- Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.
