Key Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Contribute to the design, prototyping, modelling, and testing of critical subsystems for our hybrid-electric regional aircraft.
- Complex Problem Solving: Tackle key engineering challenges spanning electrification, aerodynamics, weight optimization, structural integrity, and hardware-software integration.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner directly with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and flight test teams to ensure rapid iteration and precise execution.
- Ownership & Innovation: Drive technical initiatives from concept through qualification and flight certification with high autonomy and a bias for action.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or equivalent hands-on engineering track record.
- Builder Mindset: Deep passion for technical excellence, rapid learning, self-direction, and comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience shipping complex hardware or software projects from concept to deployment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is an asset.
