Maintain accurate customer and order records
Work closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
Provide administrative support and assist with reporting
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

✔ 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or customer support experience

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

✔ High attention to detail

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

✔ Experience with ERP systems is an asset

Nice to Have

Maintenir des dossiers clients et des commandes précis et à jour
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des ventes, de l’entrepôt, de la logistique et des opérations
Fournir un soutien administratif et participer à la préparation de rapports
Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle tout en veillant à ce que les commandes soient traitées avec précision et livrées dans les délais

Qualifications

✔ 2 ans ou plus d’expérience en service à la clientèle, saisie de commandes ou soutien à la clientèle
