The Evolve Agency Group is an independent, full-service marketing and advertising agency built on long-term relationships, clear standards, and trust in our people. We believe strong work comes from teams who understand the business problem, collaborate well across disciplines, and deliver with focus and accountability.

Our teams work closely across creative, media, strategy, and accounts to help clients show up clearly and consistently in the market. We partner with brands such as Toyota, Greenstone Meats, Egg Farmers of Ontario, Lindt, and Source for Sports, with shared expectations around quality, clarity, and follow-through.

The Account Manager acts as the hub of information for both the client and internal teams. They work in partnership with senior account team members and are the liaison between clients and a range of agency staff. The Account Manager also works closely with clients and ensures each client is well informed throughout the process and is confident in the agency’s capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

Build strong day-to-day client relationships and develop a solid understanding of their business, brand and priorities.
Act as a trusted partner, anticipating client needs and proactively identifying solutions.
Manage projects and campaigns from brief through execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
Lead client communication, including status meetings, project updates, timelines, approvals and follow-ups.
Partner with Strategy, Creative, Media, Production and other disciplines to ensure work is integrated and aligned with the brief.
Review work prior to client delivery to ensure it is accurate, strategically aligned and presentation-ready.
Manage scopes, estimates, budgets and timelines, proactively identifying risks or changes.
Support senior account leadership with overall account financial health.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow the business.
Support the development of presentations, recommendations and client-facing materials.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account team members.
Proactively escalate challenges while bringing forward potential solutions.

Responsibilities Desired Skiles & Experience:

3+ years of account management/client service experience, preferably within a fast-paced advertising, creative or integrated marketing agency.
Experience independently managing client relationships and multiple projects.
Experience in digital account management.
Strong understanding of the marketing and creative development process.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading client conversations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing budgets, estimates, scopes and timelines.
Ability to understand broader business and marketing objectives beyond individual projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Collaborative approach with experience working across multiple agency disciplines.
Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Experience mentoring junior team members is an asset.
