Tasks

• You will set the technical direction and architecture for the product, making high-leverage decisions from the first production release through scale.

• You will remain hands-on in building and shipping the core technology while establishing engineering standards, infrastructure, and product quality.

• You will recruit, lead, and develop the engineering team, aligning the technology roadmap with customer needs and company strategy.

• You can meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for this role.

• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
