Original job description

EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives, and we are looking for exceptional operators and builders to join us.

We are backed and led by serial entrepreneurs, including Paul Müller and Petter Made, who have built high-impact technology businesses and category-defining ventures from the ground up.

What We Offer

Maximum ownership: Complete autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and build from 0 to 1 without corporate red tape.
High-growth environment: Complete focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction as fast as possible. No PowerPoint presentations, no 7 layers of approval. Good ideas and fast execution are what matter.
Elite team: Work closely with the founder and collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
Competitive compensation & upside: Attractive compensation with equity upside.

Tasks

You will build and ship AI-powered product capabilities, taking them from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment.
You will develop robust evaluation, testing, and feedback loops to improve model quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
You will work closely with founders and users to turn emerging AI techniques into useful, scalable product features.

You can meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for this role.
You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
