Tasks

• You will build and ship AI-powered product capabilities, taking them from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment.

• You will develop robust evaluation, testing, and feedback loops to improve model quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.

• You will work closely with founders and users to turn emerging AI techniques into useful, scalable product features.

• You can meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for this role.

• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
