Founding Engineer (Remote) (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will design, build, and operate core software systems and product capabilities, taking important features from concept through to production.

• You will make technical and architectural decisions, solve complex engineering challenges, and build reliable, scalable systems.

• You will work closely with founders and users to identify needs, iterate quickly, and shape the product and technical roadmap.

• You can meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for this role.

• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
