Required

Strong understanding of:

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the technology roadmap, modernize the SaaS platform, and lead engineering, infrastructure, security, and AI initiatives. Build and retain high-performing technical teams while aligning technology investments and delivery with product strategy, customer needs, and business priorities.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, at least five years of progressive software engineering experience, and at least three years leading engineering organizations. Candidates should have enterprise SaaS and cloud modernization experience, strong knowledge of Azure and modern software architecture and operations, and demonstrated executive leadership; experience in relevant verticals and AI product integration is preferred.
