Maintain regular contact with prospective clients.
Build long-term relationships that create future business opportunities.

Meeting & Opportunity Generation

Schedule qualified introductory meetings and capability discussions for Exafield leadership.
Ensure meetings are aligned with prospect needs and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on account strategies and business development initiatives.

Industry Representation

Attend relevant conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
Represent Exafield professionally within the healthcare market research community.
Build visibility and awareness of the Exafield brand.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and client interactions.
Track meetings, opportunities, and business development outcomes.
Provide regular pipeline updates and progress reports.
Ensure all activity is documented within CRM systems.
