Job Summary
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in financial performance and strategic decision-making, with a clear succession path toward executive leadership.

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance and strengthen internal controls
- Oversee AP/AR and payroll functions
- Lead audit and tax processes
- Improve and automate financial reporting and processes

Profile
- CPA designation
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant accounting experience (public practice and manufacturing are assets)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Leadership, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong interest in progressing to an executive role
