Requirements & Skills

CPA designation and university degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in financial due diligence, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development.
Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience with financial modelling and valuation.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple mandates and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
