Candidates should have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • SAP S/4HANA transformation / migration
  • Cutover & Go-Live planning and execution
  • SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI)
  • SAP BASIS / RISE
  • SAP Security & GRC
  • SAP Fiori / Access Management
  • SIT, UAT, testing & defect governance
  • Hypercare and production stabilization
  • Technical coordination across SI, vendors and internal teams
  • Strong stakeholder, risk, issue and dependency management
🔹 Ideal Candidate
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs
  • Experience working across complex technical/project environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure SIT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare phases

Responsibilities

Lead or coordinate SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, including integration, migration, cutover, deployment, security, testing, and go-live execution. Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders while managing risks, issues, dependencies, hypercare, and production stabilization.

Requirements

Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more SAP S/4HANA program areas, such as migration, cutover, integration, BASIS, security, testing, or deployment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in complex technical environments, and the ability to work under pressure during SIT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare are expected.
