About the Opportunity

Join Rio Tinto and contribute to a major enterprise transformation program implementing SAP S/4HANA, modernizing legacy SAP ECC systems, and establishing a digitally enabled business platform.

We are seeking a Senior Advisor – Operational and Closure Readiness to coordinate and support Move & Sell business readiness activities, ensuring successful testing, training, cutover, and hypercare execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities and deliverables across subject matter experts (SMEs) and regional teams.
• Develop and maintain activity plans, task trackers, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with Readiness Leads, Change Leads, local site representatives, trainers, and testers.
• Coordinate SME mobilization and scheduling for testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Manage session logistics, resource availability, travel arrangements, and site-specific requirements.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness milestones, escalating concerns when required.
• Support pre- and post-cutover activities and hypercare readiness.
• Ensure readiness deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Project management experience in operational or matrix environments.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end Deal-to-Contract and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience coordinating business readiness, deployment, or transformation activities involving multiple SMEs and site stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, tracking, and dependency management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• English and French language proficiency is preferred.
