This role is ideal for a highly technical professional with strong project execution skills and the ability to handle escalated support requests. The position requires experience in cloud migrations, virtualization, systems administration, and backup technologies. In addition to technical delivery, the role includes time tracking, collaboration with project managers, and participation in planning and reporting activities.
