Responsibilities

You’ll ensure that our clients not only get results but also enjoy the journey.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Onboard new clients and set clear expectations
Track client goals and monitor project milestones
Work with consultants and marketing teams to align strategies
Proactively address client questions or issues
Collect feedback and suggest improvements
Build long-term relationships based on trust

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who’s people-focused and results-driven.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, onboard new clients, set expectations, and track goals and project milestones. Coordinate with consultants and marketing teams, resolve client concerns, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field and at least two years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting support are requested.
