Role Summary

Reporting to the Software and Quality Assurance Group Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing and continuously improving automated testing strategies for products within the ND&O division.

You will contribute to defining quality requirements, developing test plans, building automation solutions and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. You will also help leverage artificial intelligence tools to accelerate software validation and improve its efficiency and reliability.

Your Responsibilities

Contribute to defining testing strategies, analyzing requirements and designing test automation frameworks;
Design, develop and maintain automated unit, integration, system, regression and performance tests;
Ensure that test coverage meets functional and non-functional requirements;
Write and maintain test plans, test specifications and related technical documentation;
Integrate automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines;
Manage dependencies associated with testing projects;
Apply artificial intelligence tools and techniques to generate and prioritize test cases, analyze logs, detect anomalies and predict defects;
Analyze test results and participate in defect triage and investigation alongside development teams;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices, processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent field;
At least two years of relevant experience in software development or test automation;
Experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies and automation design;
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript;
Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Selenium or equivalent tools;
Good knowledge of CI/CD practices, version control systems and related tools;
Ability to prepare test plans, test specifications and technical documentation;
Knowledge of Windows or Linux environments is considered an asset;
Interest in applying artificial intelligence to quality assurance is considered an asset;

Sommaire du rôle

Sous la supervision du Chef de groupe, Logiciel et Assurance qualité, vous serez responsable de concevoir, de développer et de faire évoluer les stratégies de tests automatisés associées aux produits de la division ND&O.

Vous participerez également à l’utilisation d’outils d’intelligence artificielle afin d’accélérer et de fiabiliser les activités de validation logicielle.

Vos responsabilités

Participer à la définition des stratégies de test, à l’analyse des exigences et à la conception de cadriciels d’automatisation;
Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tests automatisés, notamment des tests unitaires, d’intégration, système, de régression et de performance;
Veiller à ce que la couverture de tests réponde aux exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles;
Rédiger et mettre à jour les plans de test, les spécifications de test et la documentation technique associée;
Intégrer les suites de tests automatisés aux pipelines d’intégration et de livraison continues (CI/CD);
Assurer la gestion des dépendances liées aux projets de test;
Exploiter des outils et des techniques d’intelligence artificielle pour générer et prioriser les cas de test, analyser les journaux, détecter les anomalies et prédire les défauts;
Analyser les résultats de test et participer au triage ainsi qu’à l’investigation des défauts en collaboration avec les équipes de développement;
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques, des processus et des outils d’assurance qualité.

Ce que nous recherchons

Compétences techniques

Baccalauréat en génie logiciel, en génie informatique, en informatique ou toute autre formation équivalente;
Minimum de deux années d’expérience pertinente en développement logiciel ou en automatisation de tests;
Expérience en assurance qualité logicielle, en méthodologies de test et en conception de solutions d’automatisation;
Maîtrise de Python ou de JavaScript/TypeScript;
Expérience avec des cadriciels de test tels que pytest, Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Selenium ou des outils équivalents;
Bonne connaissance des pratiques CI/CD, des systèmes de contrôle de versions et des outils connexes;
Capacité à rédiger des plans de test, des spécifications et de la documentation technique;
