Manage drawing production workflows and maintain drawing standards across projects.
Perform quality control checks on drawings and coordinate revisions based on engineering feedback.
Support design teams during proposal development and project execution phases.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of CAD deliverables.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with trenchless design methods and large-diameter pipe systems.
Familiarity with GIS integration and data management.
Knowledge of stormwater management design principles.
Experience in preparing tender documents and as-built drawings.
Understanding of hydraulic modeling outputs and how they inform design.
Ability to mentor junior CAD staff and contribute to continuous improvement of CAD standards.
