Your work environment at EXP

EXP is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Brampton, Ontario. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience supporting civil engineering and infrastructure projects while working alongside engineers, designers, and project managers.

You will play an important role in maintaining project documentation, managing project information, supporting document control processes, and assisting with project coordination activities that contribute to successful project delivery.

**This is a contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent full-time opportunity based on business needs and performance.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Assist with maintaining and organizing project data, records, and documentation.
Support the preparation, formatting, and coordination of engineering reports, spreadsheets, and project deliverables.
Upload, review, and manage project files within document control and project management systems.
Track project schedules, deliverables, and internal project information.
Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure project documentation remains accurate and current.
Support project administration activities that contribute to the successful delivery of Defence projects.
Assist with quality control reviews and data verification activities.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts.

What your experience looks like

Recently graduated, or graduating within the next few months, from business , or related program.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Comfortable working with databases, document management systems, and project tracking tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
Previous co-op, internship, administrative, or project support experience is considered an asset.
