Perform hydraulic modeling and analysis to support system design and optimization.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and reviews of shop drawings to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
Facilitate and lead meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Support proposal development, including scope definition, technical input, and cost estimation.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
Provide technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in water resources modeling.
Proficiency in industry-standard modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS 2D, HEC-HMS, SWMM, MIKE, Info Works ICM).
Strong understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles, floodplain management, and stormwater systems.
Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) and data integration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with provincial and federal water management regulations.
Experience working with municipalities, conservation authorities, or government agencies.
