- Design, build, and implement practical AI solutions, including document processing, data extraction, email workflows, summarization, and other repetitive activities.
- Build and deploy solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, multi-step automation) to solve real business problems.
- Evaluate and maximize AI capabilities within existing enterprise software and licensed platforms, while identifying emerging technologies that can deliver value.
- Take solutions from pilot to scaled rollout, managing timelines, communications, and change management to drive adoption -- iterating based on real usage and feedback.
- Track the impact of AI initiatives against clear metrics, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and results.
- Partner with business and Technology teams to implement, scale, and troubleshoot AI initiatives, coordinating across teams as needed to keep work moving.
- Serve as an AI champion across the corporate organization through training, coaching, demonstrations, and practical guidance

- Strong understanding of AI tools, emerging technologies, and their practical business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Comfortable working across teams and functions to get things done, with strong communication skills to train and advocate for AI adoption.
