Experience First Productions (EFP) brings brands to life through memorable & impactful IRL experiences. From pop-ups and brand activations to large-scale events, we combine creative thinking with practical production expertise to take projects from concept to execution.

We’re looking for an Account Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead client relationships and deliver experiential campaigns for some of the largest brands in North America. You’ll own your accounts, keep projects moving and identify opportunities to grow our client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client relationships: Own day-to-day communications, lead meetings and presentations, manage expectations and keep clients informed from initial brief through final wrap-up.
Understand the brand: Learn each client’s business, audience and objectives, bringing relevant insights and ideas to the work.
Manage project delivery: Develop briefs, scopes and timelines; coordinate feedback and approvals; and align creative, production, staffing and vendor partners.
Own project finances: Build and explain budgets, track costs, manage scope changes and approvals, and coordinate invoicing and final reconciliation while protecting project profitability.
Build and support teams: Brief, guide and support coordinators, brand ambassadors and project teams, keeping EFP leadership informed of progress and challenges.
Grow accounts: Proactively recommend additional services and campaigns, develop proposals and confidently sell through new scopes of work.
Support execution and reporting: Be present on-site when needed, resolve issues, evaluate campaign results and lead client reports and debriefs.
Improve how we work: Bring solutions, strengthen processes and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of account management or client service experience within experiential marketing, events or an agency.
Based in Toronto or the GTA, with availability to work from our Toronto office at least two days per week.
Experience delivering brand activations from planning through execution.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Confidence managing budgets, competing deadlines and multiple accounts.
A track record of growing client relationships and selling additional work.
Resourcefulness, sound judgment and attention to detail, including under pressure.
Availability for occasional travel and evening or weekend events.

Compensation

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $68,000–$80,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills and level of responsibility. At EFP, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with leading brands, take ownership of meaningful projects and grow alongside our business.
