Job Title: Senior Agile Coach
Location: Toronto Hybrid – 2 days onsite minimum
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension/FTE Conversion)
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, teach, and facilitate across multiple squads and leadership levels.
- Coach Product Owners and teams on user stories, Agile ceremonies, and meaningful performance measures.
- Apply Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies based on team needs.
- Facilitate continuous improvement and help resolve team challenges.
- Prioritize coaching needs and collaborate with the Agile Coach Chapter Lead.
Must-Have Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including substantial hands-on Agile coaching.
- Practical experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitation.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and multiple Agile frameworks.
- Experience coaching Product Owners, improving user stories and ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
