Senior Business Systems Analyst / Data Migration Specialist
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days per week in office
Location- Toronto, ON
Length – 12+ months Contract
Rate- $47/hr- $55/hr
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Migration Specialist, preferably within large enterprise environments.
Strong experience with end-to-end data migration / system conversion projects.
Excellent requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping, data transformation, data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.
Strong SQL and analytical skills.
Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, IBM DataStage or comparable ETL/data integration platforms and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end data migration and system conversion projects, including source-to-target mapping, data transformation, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation. Elicit requirements and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the migration process.
Requirements
Requires at least seven years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Migration Specialist, preferably in a large enterprise environment. Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, data migration, and SQL skills are required; experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, IBM DataStage or comparable platforms, and Tableau is a plus.
