Job Title: GenAI Developer

Duration: Till 03/31/2027 + extension

Location: Mississauga - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop enterprise-scale applications using Python and microservices architecture.
  • Use Generative AI to accelerate requirement analysis, application development, and technical design.
  • Reverse engineer existing applications built using Python, Java, Angular, and Mule to generate architecture, data flow, and sequence diagrams.
  • Use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools for code development, reviews, testing, refactoring, and optimization.
  • Design and build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow.
  • Develop RAG pipelines for knowledge-driven applications.
  • Design API specifications and apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs.
  • Lead workshops and train development teams on GenAI tools and best practices.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI usage.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and microservices development.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and prompt engineering.
  • Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, and agent-based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, DDD, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience building AI solutions integrated with enterprise APIs.
