Job Title: GenAI Developer
Duration: Till 03/31/2027 + extension
Location: Mississauga - Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise-scale applications using Python and microservices architecture.
- Use Generative AI to accelerate requirement analysis, application development, and technical design.
- Reverse engineer existing applications built using Python, Java, Angular, and Mule to generate architecture, data flow, and sequence diagrams.
- Use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools for code development, reviews, testing, refactoring, and optimization.
- Design and build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow.
- Develop RAG pipelines for knowledge-driven applications.
- Design API specifications and apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs.
- Lead workshops and train development teams on GenAI tools and best practices.
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI usage.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and microservices development.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and prompt engineering.
- Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, and agent-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, DDD, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience building AI solutions integrated with enterprise APIs.
