Title – Oracle Cloud Finance Lead

Duration – 2 years

Location – Toronto, ON

Core Focus: General Ledger (GL), Intercompany, Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Drive full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations from discovery and design through deployment and hyper care
  • Module Configuration: Design and configure Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL), Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) for complex subledger accounting rules, and Intercompany processing
  • Process Transformation: Lead workshops and client discussions on accounting design, financial close optimization, and reconciliation governance.
  • Integration & EPM Alignment: Oversee integration touchpoints with upstream/downstream source systems and EPM tools like ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 8 to 10+ years of ERP experience with robust hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, Intercompany, SLA/FAH).
  • Project History: Minimum of 2–3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Accounting Acumen: Strong grasp of accounting principles, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts (CoA) design, and financial cutover activities.
  • Advisory Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to client finance and IT leadership.
