Product Manager French Role

🔍 WE'RE HIRING: Sr Product Manager – Enterprise Transformation (EMS) 🔍

📍 Location: Gatineau, QC, Canada (Hybrid)

📅 Duration: 5 Months Contract

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business transformation, enterprise applications, digital delivery, or complex technology programs.

• 5+ years in a senior product leadership, Product Manager, Product Owner, or comparable role with accountability for cross-functional delivery teams and business outcomes.

• Proven experience leading product strategy and delivery for large-scale Enterprise Management System, ERP, CRM, case management, cloud, digital, or comparable enterprise transformation programs.

• Demonstrated experience developing product visions, outcome-based roadmaps, Product Books or equivalent product artifacts, and prioritized feature backlogs.

• Strong experience facilitating stakeholder prioritization and converting business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

• 3+ years of practical experience with Agile or scaled Agile delivery, including planning events, backlog refinement, Agile Release Trains, product increments, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

• Demonstrated experience applying human-centered design, user research, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, or service design to product decisions.

• Experience managing dependencies across multiple products, teams, vendors, platforms, integrations, data domains, and releases.

• Proven ability to make value-based trade-offs among scope, schedule, capacity, quality, risk, architecture, user experience, and operational readiness.

• Experience defining product metrics and measuring adoption, service performance, user outcomes, benefits, and return on investment.

• Strong ability to translate complex business and technical information into clear priorities, decisions, recommendations, and actions for executive and delivery audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, resolve competing priorities, and build accountability in matrixed, multi-partner environments.

• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, analytical, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, design, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, product management, human-centered design, change management, or comparable certification is preferred.

Mandatory Requirement:

The Offeror must submit two project references that demonstrate that the proposed Product Team Lead has Product Management experience for an Enterprise Management System (EMS) project including carrying out all the following activities:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize features;

• Maintain a prioritized, transformation backlog and stakeholder collaboration to inform the product roadmap;

• Provide direction to the Product Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through product vision, goals, and priorities included in Product Books; and

• Lead in the inclusion for human-centered design ensuring that products deliver on the experience and design principles and meet the needs of clients and employees.
