Title – Sales Operations Coordinator / Analyst (French Fluent)

Location - Hochelaga Area ( 3006 Rue Sainte-Catherine E, Montréal, QC H1W 2B8)

Hybrid – Some hybrid flexibility

Full-time Role

Interview – Virtual + In-person

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical and computer skills.
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
Knowledge of sales KPIs, customer retention metrics and commercial reporting.
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
Financial acumen and understanding of business profitability drivers.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Performance

Support the development and execution of revenue growth strategies established by division leaders.
Monitor revenue performance and profitability across customer and supplier portfolios.
Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports for division management.

Sales Operations

Supervise Account Managers and support a consistent customer experience.
Track individual and team performance against operational and commercial objectives.
Establish best practices and standardized processes for account management.

Data Analysis & Pricing

Analyze sales trends, customer performance and market conditions.
Monitor margins and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize profitability.
Produce reports on won and lost business opportunities.

Supplier Relations

Support negotiations with strategic suppliers and key partners.
Manage supplier pricing updates and performance reporting.
Coordinate supplier performance reviews and communicate findings to division leaders.

Training & Process Improvement

Onboard and train new Account Managers.
Coordinate sales and technical training programs.
Support ERP optimization initiatives and process standardization.
