·HRSP Notes Impact Assessment (SAP notes analysis/impact assessment, document assessment findings, review with Client & Business Team)

·Unit Testing after initial deployment of HRSP to sandbox & Dev environment.

·Payroll Compare Testing in test environment (execute Payroll Pre / Post HRSP for full population, document results, share with Customer HRIT/Business team

·HRSP Testing in test environment: Full test execution, document test results, review with business for approval

·Execute / validate SAP Payroll Functional related tasks during the production cutover weekend.

·CLC SAP Notes Impact Assessment

·CLC Full Testing.

·CLC cutover to production and support.

·Monitor all Year-end Reporting notes – complete impact assessment, document findings review with business

·Execute testing, document results, share with business

·SAP Notes deployment to production / validation / support business year-end reporting processing.

·Support for Payroll Production Support

·Resolve any production issue with live payroll

·Troubleshoot and investigate employee payment related queries, pay slip etc.

·Support for T4/T4A/Payroll tax year end.

Responsibilities

Assess the impact of SAP HR and year-end reporting notes, execute and document testing, and support business approval and production deployment. Support payroll production operations, including cutover activities, live payroll issue resolution, employee payment inquiries, and Canadian T4/T4A and payroll tax year-end processing.
