Job Description – Supply Chain Planning Analyst
Location: Laval, Quebec - 3 days onsite
Language: French and English (Bilingual required)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage demand planning for existing products, new launches, product discontinuations, and installations.
- Optimize product availability, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and write-off costs.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify potential supply issues.
- Analyze trends, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Develop and present KPIs and performance reports to management.
- Maintain and optimize supply planning parameters.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Global Supply Chain.
- Lead and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Demand Planning and Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, APO, and BW.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
