Integrate enterprise applications, databases, and cloud-based systems using appropriate integration patterns.
Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot integration failures, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Monitor integration performance, optimize application flows, and ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions aligned with business requirements.
Follow best practices for coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and CI/CD.

Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Exchange.
Experience developing APIs using RAML or OpenAPI specifications and implementing API-led connectivity.
Proficiency in DataWeave for data transformation, mapping, and payload manipulation.
Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML, and web services.
Experience with Mule flows, connectors, error handling, exception management, and reusable integration components.
Solid understanding of ESB architecture, messaging systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, and database integrations, preferably Oracle.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and L2/L3 production support experience.
Experience with source control tools such as Git and build/deployment tools such as Maven.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Programming exposure to Java and a good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Apache Kafka, JMS, or other messaging platforms.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git-based pipelines.
