Role: Senior Product Owner
Location: Montreal, QC
Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite
Duration: 12 months
Language: English (French not required but nice to have)
Project: Cargo Management System (CMS)
Position Overview
Seeking Senior Product Owner with a strong background in data driven products and experience within the airline industry to support a Cargo Management System (CMS) project. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level Product Ownership experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of data-driven technology initiatives within an airline environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand and prioritize product requirements.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support product development and implementation.
- Support data-related requirements and coordination between business and technical teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Senior Product Owner.
- Experience working with data-related products / data focused enterprise applications
- Previous experience as a product owner within the airline industry or similar industries.
- Strong experience working with Agile delivery teams.
- AI-forward approach to design and delivery with experience utilizing AI tools to assist in product delivery and efficiency
- Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is highly preferred
