Role: Senior EWM SAP S/4 Functional Analyst
Start date: November 30th 2026
End date: June 25th, 2027, with possibility of extension until end of 2027
Work Location: Montreal area - 2 days/week at client office and might be onsite 5 days/week during first few weeks of Go Live in May 2027
Project phase: Realize Build in SAP S/4 HANA implementation project
Required skills :
- Strong EWM skills
- Experience with handling unit (HU) & batch management.
- End-to-end SAP S/4 implementation experience
- Food industry experience
- French candidates will be highly prioritized
Role description :
- Gathers EWM functional requirements in SAP S/4
- Provides leading practices to enhance the client's access to the features/functions of the solution
- Writes functional specifications for WRICEF
- Identifies, configures and unit tests SAP according to the client's requirements and security roles
- Supports data conversion and integration development efforts
- Supports integrated testing cycles
- Supports and troubleshoots EWM defect resolution
- Reports workstream progress against tasks in the Project Plan along with the status of risks and issues to project management weekly.
- Escalates issues and risks that may impact the project timeline or project quality to Supplier Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze EWM requirements, recommend SAP leading practices, write WRICEF functional specifications, and configure and unit test SAP S/4HANA. Support data conversion, integrations, testing, and defect resolution, while reporting workstream progress and escalating project risks and issues.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong SAP EWM skills, including handling unit and batch management, and end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Food industry experience is required, and French-speaking candidates will be highly prioritized.
