Client Relationship Manager – Montreal (Full-Time, Permanent)
A leading global asset servicing organization is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join their Client Relationship Management team in Montreal. Reporting to the Head of Client Management, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients, leading client and board meetings, driving service quality, and supporting new fund launches. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

What We Are Looking For
- Client relationship management experience in the funds or asset servicing industry, with direct exposure to external clients
- Experience attending, presenting and taking a lead role at client and board meetings
- Comprehensive working knowledge of at least one of the following: fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, trustee or financial reporting
- Good knowledge of current regulatory developments affecting the funds industry
- Proven track record dealing with clients, industry associations and senior management
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Risk management and mitigation focus
- Project management, organizational and time management skills
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Experience supporting clients with new fund launches or service onboarding
- Experience identifying process improvements or additional services for clients
- Exposure to institutional clients such as asset managers, pension funds or insurers
- Experience participating in local or global cross-functional projects
