About the Role:

This role focuses on the assembly and installation of aircraft structural components in accordance with engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on aerospace assembly experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary production environment.

Responsibilities:

Work from instructions provided by the Methods Department, in the form of "Assembly Workbooks" and Visual Aids (VAs).
Use templates and position components from PVA, Engineering Service drawings, or any other materials provided by the Methods Department.
Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealants, and install required fasteners in accordance with engineering specifications.
Respect the standard times prescribed by the Methods Department and comply with the quality standards in force.
Respect health, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure compliance with standards and production rates.
Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assembler in the field of Aeronautics or a related field (such as aircraft structural assembly) obtained within the last 5 years.
You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team.
You have good communication skills.

Lieu : Mirabel, Québec
Mode de travail : sur site

Ce rôle est axé sur l’assemblage et l’installation de composants structuraux d’aéronefs conformément aux plans d’ingénierie, aux instructions de fabrication et aux normes de qualité. Le candidat idéal possède une expérience pratique en assemblage aéronautique, de solides compétences techniques et la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement de production multidisciplinaire.

Responsabilités:

Travailler à partir des instructions fournies par le service des méthodes, sous la forme de « cahiers d'assemblage » et d'aides visuelles (AV).
Utiliser des gabarits et positionner les composants à partir de PVA, de dessins du service d'ingénierie ou de tout autre matériel fourni par le service des méthodes.
Percer en respectant les tolérances prescrites, appliquer les produits d'étanchéité et installer les fixations nécessaires conformément aux spécifications techniques.
Respecter les délais standard prescrits par le service des méthodes et se conformer aux normes de qualité en vigueur.
Respecter les normes de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.
Veiller au respect des normes et des cadences de production.
Autres fonctions connexes pouvant varier en fonction de l'expérience et des qualifications.

Qualifications:

Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'assembleur dans le domaine de l'aéronautique ou dans un domaine connexe (tel que l'assemblage de structures d'aéronefs) acquise au cours des 5 dernières années.
Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'initiative et êtes capable de travailler au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication.
