About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile Implementation Consultant who can navigate the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. You aren't just a an implementation consultant; you are a trusted advisor who helps clients transform their feedback culture through our technology.
This is a high-impact role built on four core pillars: Project Management, Business Analysis/ Consulting, Technical Implementation, and Knowledge Transfer.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage software implementation projects from initial kick-off through to final "Go-Live."
- Risk & Scope Control: Proactively identify project risks, manage timelines, and ensure delivery stays within the agreed-upon scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular status updates to both technical teams and executive sponsors.
Consulting & Business Analysis
- Discovery Workshops: Lead sessions to understand client pain points, workflows, and success metrics.
- Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for the Blue platform.
- Best Practices: Advise clients on survey methodology, anonymity thresholds, and reporting hierarchies to ensure high-quality data.
Implementation
- System Configuration: Hands-on setup of the Blue platform, including workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Data Management: Utilize advanced data manipulation techniques to prepare and validate large datasets for system ingestion.
- Automation & Customization: Utilize scripting and technical logic to automate data flows and enhance system behavior.
- Testing & QA: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution is robust and error-free.
Knowledge Transfer
- Client Empowerment: Train client administrators to become power users who can manage their own feedback cycles independently.
- Content Creation: Develop tailored user guides, training videos, and documentation specific to the client’s unique setup.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, or technical consulting.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Microsoft Excel: Expert-level skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) for advanced data cleansing and mapping.
- SQL: Strong skills in querying and data manipulation for complex reporting.
- JavaScript (JS): Ability to write and troubleshoot scripts for advanced data visualization and UI/UX enhancements.
- Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML/CSS and a solid understanding of APIs and SSO.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., HR Directors or Faculty Deans).
- Fluency in French and English is required for our Montreal-based operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
