Maintain expertise in Workday through continuous learning, participation in Workday Community and user groups, and ongoing evaluation of existing systems and processes to enhance the employee self-service experience and drive continuous improvement.
Complete other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience supporting Workday Core HCM, Recruitment and Learning modules.
Experience configuring, implementing and enhancing Workday solutions in complex, high-volume environments, preferably within a unionized organization.
Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets and advanced formulas.
Strong experience troubleshooting end-user issues, system interfaces and HRIS-related challenges.
Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy.
