Job Description

Assist with planning, preparing, and facilitating **recreational and social programs** for residents.
Encourage resident participation and promote **social engagement, independence, and quality of life**.
Provide **1:1 and group programming** based on residents’ interests, abilities, and care needs.
Set up and clean up program areas and ensure supplies and equipment are ready.
Assist residents with safe access to programs and provide support during activities.
Document and track resident participation and program outcomes as required.
Support special events, outings, celebrations, and other department initiatives.
Work collaboratively with the **Programs Manager and interdisciplinary team**.
Follow all **IPAC, health and safety, and organizational policies and procedures**.

$24.01 - $25.64
