Experience with AI-driven application development and modernization
Experience working with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code, APIs, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol clients, servers, tools, resources, and secure integration patterns.
Experience integrating frontier models and managed AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or comparable platforms.
Experience deploying or operating open-weight models such as Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Nemotron, or comparable model families.
Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes or another container-orchestration platform.
Ability to analyze legacy systems for security vulnerabilities using AI
Experience managing teams of 2-3 resources for project delivery.
Strong communicator with experience presenting technology strategy to clients
Strategic mindset with a focus on value delivery
Eligible for federal government security clearance

Ideally, you’ll also

Hold a degree in computer science, or a joint degree in computer science and business
Have completed multiple internships in the technology sector, with hands-on experience in application development
Demonstrate experience working in client-facing roles and supporting presentations
