Join EY and help to build a better working world.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the Capital Markets sector in addressing their most pressing challenges, including AI, digital assets, regulatory change, risk and compliance complexities, improving ROE, and enabling large-scale operating model and technology transformations. If you are passionate about driving strategic impact and shaping the future of Capital Markets, join us to lead transformative change at scale.

This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in Capital Markets, you will play a critical leadership role in expanding and elevating our Capital Markets practice. You will inspire, mentor, and develop diverse teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, while embedding deep Capital Markets expertise and awareness of emerging trends such as digital assets and regulatory technology.

You will champion a professional environment that differentiates EY from competitors, supports the growth of future leaders, and strengthens EY’s position as a market leader in Capital Markets advisory.

Advanced executive communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Tech-savviness and a strong willingness to learn, adopt, and apply relevant tools and software to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and client service skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility.
