Provide hands-on contributions to critical components across frontend and backend as needed.
Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, and business stakeholders) in Agile environments.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and act as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and the delivery team.

Must Have:

Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior experience in technology consulting or client-facing solution delivery roles.

Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
Awareness of AI and Generative AI capabilities, with the ability to leverage AI-driven tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery outcomes.

What We Look For

Strong technical leadership with the ability to guide teams and influence architectural decisions.
Balance of hands-on engineering depth and solution-level thinking.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills in consulting environments.
