Lead learning governance and compliance activities, including mandatory learning, continuing education requirements, policy guidance, funding decisions, and risk management.
Provide guidance on learning policies, external education requests, sponsorships and funding decisions, ensuring requests are assessed consistently against learning mandates, business relevance, policy requirements and available budgets.
Manage program budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts and investment decisions, applying sound judgment to prioritize resources, control costs and deliver within approved parameters.
Lead, coach and prioritize the work of the EY-P learning team, establishing clear accountabilities, effective operating rhythms and strong service standards.
