At Ezobord, we design and manufacture high-performance acoustic solutions for architects, designers, dealers, and commercial projects across North America and international markets.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who combines excellent client service with strong sales, order management, and logistics coordination experience.

This is not simply a role answering customer inquiries. You will take ownership of the entire customer and order journey - from the initial inquiry and quotation through order processing, production coordination, shipping, and final delivery.

The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, professional, precise, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining excellent communication with both customers and internal teams.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Manage customer inquiries by email and phone, providing accurate product information and professional support

✔️ Prepare and follow up on quotations, applying pricing formulas, margins, discounts, and project-specific requirements

✔️ Identify sales opportunities, promote appropriate solutions, and actively follow up with customers to help convert quotations into orders

✔️ Manage orders from confirmation through final delivery, including deposits, invoicing, production status, shipping coordination, and delivery updates

✔️ Coordinate closely with production, quotations, accounting, sales, and logistics teams

✔️ Proactively communicate delays, changes, missing information, or potential issues before they impact the customer

✔️ Follow up on outstanding payments and account-related matters

✔️ Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and project information within our internal systems

✔️ Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 3 years of recent Canadian experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Inside Sales, Order Management, or a similar client-facing role

✅ Previous experience with logistics, shipping, order fulfillment, manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain coordination is strongly preferred

✅ Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

✅ Strong customer-service skills: professional, patient, friendly, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling challenging situations

✅ Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep multiple orders and projects moving at the same time

✅ Strong sense of ownership - you follow an issue through to resolution rather than simply passing it to another department

✅ Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, margins, measurements, inventory, and quotations

✅ Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis

✅ Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems

⭐ Experience working within a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, architectural products, or B2B environment is highly valued
