Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Programming, Production, and Installation teams.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and project requirements.
Coordinate site measurements, material selections, samples, approvals, and project documentation.
Monitor production progress to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met.
Supervise and coordinate onsite millwork installation activities.
Identify and resolve design, scheduling, quality, and site-related issues.
Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, drawing logs, and project records.
Coordinate material procurement, logistics, deliveries, and site requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders.
Coordinate project invoicing, accounting activities, and accounts receivable.
Manage project closeout, as-built documentation, warranties, and final deliverables.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, custom woodworking, custom fabrication, or a related construction environment.
Strong understanding of the complete millwork project lifecycle, from design and engineering through fabrication and installation.
Experience reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
Proven ability to coordinate with General Contractors, architects, clients, production teams, installers, and subcontractors.
Experience in site supervision or installation management is preferred.
Familiarity with AWI/AWMAC standards is an advantage.
