The Purpose: Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for evaluating, improving, and maintaining our organization's core operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow. You will assess existing processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and devise more efficient or cost-effective alternatives. In addition, you will provide day-to-day support and training to the Business Operations team and be an active working member of the team where needed.

Additionally, the Business Operations Specialist will provide input into development and implementation of department-wide quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all operations. You will also assist the business operations managers in completing, developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities and provide oversight and training to inventory and asset management practices, improving them when necessary. The Business Operations Specialist will work closely with various teams and departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Evaluate, improve, and maintain the organization's core operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow
Assess existing processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and work what the Business Operations Managers in each region to devise more efficient processes.
Provide day-to-day operational support and training to the Business Operations team as a subject matter expert
Be an active working member of the Business Operations team where needed.
Assist the business operations managers in completing, developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
Provide oversight and training to inventory/warehouse, and asset management practices and improve them when necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Create and revise procedures and protocols and distribute to staff

Internal Relations

Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Participate in special projects as needed
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Networkers from other departments to ensure client issues are effectively resolved
Actively seeks opportunities to collaborate and support other departments with initiatives that will improve client experience
Maintains an advanced knowledge of F12s product and services and looks for ways to improve client experience through these offerings

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or related field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business operations software and tools.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
